Real Estate Business Development - Chinese Speaker
Job Description
- Responsible to achieve and exceed all tasks and objectives set by HOD in a timely manner.
- Screens potential brokers (Individual & Corporate) with the objective of promoting products.
- Ensures that assigned Brokers (Individual & Corporate) receive highest level of support (Training, Onboarding, coaching, etc.) to achieve sales target.
- Design and implement effective Route to Market (RTM) based on Customer Needs, Broker type and resources.
- Leverage Customer & Agent programs (Client Fly Ins, Agent Fly ins Partnership Program, Direct RD Shows, Agent Evets, IUC program, etc.) to maximize sales and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
- Educate the Corporate brokers and their staff on how to utilize Agent portal to close deals, view inventory, make payments and generate consistent business.
- Develop and negotiates contracts, integrates contract requirements with business operations.
- Generates and maintains periodical reports in line with company guidelines. Reports daily activities during scouting & Sales trips in the assigned territories.
